Annise Parker was Mayor of Houston, Texas from 2010 until 2016. Previously, she held various roles within city government and spent 20 years working in the oil and gas industry. Mayor Parker joins us to discuss how a blue city in a red state is making advances on green energy while balancing its role as a major headquarters for oil.
