We’re going to Korea!

The title says it all – Sense & Sustainability is going to Korea! Over the past couple of months, in addition to our regular content production, we’ve been hard at work as Program Partners for the K.E.Y. Conference 2014 in Seoul, South Korea.

The K.E.Y. Conference, hosted by Money Today Media for the likes of Samsung, Hyundai, SK, Kia, LG, POSCO, and many more, will focus on business and sustainability — speakers are invited to “share their keys for business success with entrepreneurs and government officials from East Asia and Korea.”

Sense & Sustainability’s role in all of this is central: to provide big-picture framing and guidance on how key sustainability themes relate to a number of case studies, such as climate change, demographic trends in health, and natural resource scarcity; to raise the important questions that arise in each presentation; and to connect the specific case studies to the “big picture.”

We’ve collected dedicated sustainability enthusiasts from all over our network. Participants include Heather Henriksen, Director of Harvard Office for Sustainability; Abdulrahman El-Sayed, Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University; Andrew Park, Bloomberg; and more. Our S&S team will be presenting, moderating, and furthering the discussion — all working to get the same message across: from the factory floor to the boardroom, sustainability matters.

The conference will run from April 23 – 25, 2014. Follow @senstainable on Twitter as we live tweet the conference: search for #KEYPlatform2014 and #MToday. Also, be sure to check out the blog as we post conference exclusives. From interviews to insights, S&S will have you covered.
