An Interview with John Mandyck


John Mandyck discusses his book, Food Foolish, which documents the enormous amount of food that currently goes wasted worldwide and the technological and behavioral changes we can make to feed the hungry and save the climate. He then shares his recent findings on how green buildings can increase productivity while improving air quality both for employees and for the environment.
